Notice of Pending Application for Proposed Riprap <br /> Cynthia Kranz, 501 Main St N Apt 214, Stillwater, MN 55082 has applied to the Department of Natural <br /> Resources for a permit to install riprap on the banks of Fish Lake. <br /> The project is located in the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 04, Township 40 North, Range 14 West, Town of <br /> Scott, Burnett County. <br /> The project proposal entails removing the existing rock, placing filter fabric and adding a minimal amount of <br /> new rocks to the existing riprap. Native vegetation will be planted above the high-water mark to help prevent <br /> addition erosion into watershed. <br /> The Department will review the proposal provided by the applicant and any information from public comments <br /> and a public informational hearing, if requested. The Department will determine whether the proposal complies <br /> with ss. 1.11 and 30.12(3m), Stats., and ch. NR 150, Wis. Adm.
