BURNETT COUNTY LAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br /> BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER n <br /> 0 <br /> 7410 County Road K,#120 Phone(715)349-2109 <br /> Siren,Wisconsin 54872 landservices@burnettcounty.org 0 <br /> NOTICE OF ACTION ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> June 15, 2020 <br /> Wood Lake Camp &Retreat, LLC n <br /> 14309 Lake Drive NE ❑ <br /> Columbus, MN 55025 <br /> 0 <br /> RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT#CUP-20-19 <br /> 4 <br /> Dear Property Owner, CD <br /> At the June 3rd, 2020 meeting of the Land Use and Information Committee, your application for c <br /> a Conditional Use Permit application was considered. <br /> On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was determined that', <br /> a Conditional Use Permit be GRANTED subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1- A facilities map needs to be completed for the entire camp (including designated RV/tent <br /> sites and rustic camping areas) and filed with the zoning office (signed by a licensed <br /> architect, engineer or surveyor) which shows the camp layout, location of all camping <br /> sites, roads, property lines, setbacks, structures, water supplies,private waste disposal <br /> system(s),recreation areas, and any other information the Land Use and Information <br /> Committee shall deem necessary by November 30, 2021. Any proposed changes in the <br /> approved camp shall be presented to the zoning office for approval. No implementation <br /> of the proposed changes shall take place until written approval is received from the <br /> zoning office. <br /> 2- Overnight camping in temporary or portable structures (Tents, RVs, etc.) shall occur <br /> only in designated campsites, as identified in Wood Lake Camp & Retreat's state <br /> campground license; all such camping units shall meet Wisconsin camping unit <br /> requirements. ro <br /> 3- Each campsite on the 23-acre waterfront property shall have sufficient area for one <br /> vehicle parking on site. This requirement does not apply to rustic camping areas. <br /> 4- A copy of the state campground license must be provided to the county Land Services <br /> Department within 6 months of this approval. <br /> 5- A copy of the state RecEd license must be provided to the county Land Services <br /> Department within 6 months of this approval. <br /> 6- Sanitary system(s) shall be installed as required per county and state code. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
