<br /> 1) This survey divides the West 900 Feet of Gov.Lot 3 (as described in
<br /> Warranty Deed,Document No. 351666 into two lots. Lot 1 of this map is
<br /> the West 300 feet.
<br /> 2) For the survey shown hereon,I have referred to and relied on surveys filed as D-1177 and D-1511. Note
<br /> that the deed referenced above does not include the angle point in the east line that is depicted on D-1511.
<br /> 3) Road records for West Adams Lake Road were found in Webb Lake Road Records,Vol. A,p.125 and was
<br /> layed out as a 4 rod road. No records were found for South Adams Lake Road and therefore is presumed to be
<br /> a 66' easement based on the location of the pavement as noted.
<br /> 4) In providing this boundary survey,no attempt has been made to obtain or show data concerning the
<br /> existence, size,depth,condition,capacity,or location of any utility existing on this site or affecting this site,
<br /> whether private,municipal or public owned.
<br /> 5) No abstract of title,nor title commitment, or results of a title search were furnished to the surveyor. All
<br /> documents of record reviewed are noted hereon. There may exist other documents of record that may affect
