THE SEPTIC TANK SHALL HAVE ITS CONTENTS REMOVED WHEN THE <br /> VOLUME OF SLUDGE AND SCUM IN THE TANK EXCEEDS 1/3 THE LIQIOD CAPACITY OF <br /> THE TANK.
