This permit was for an addition of <br /> 8'x15' on the side, new roof, and deck. The plot plan drawing you submitted <br /> showed this structure and additions would meet the 75-foot setback from the <br /> OHWM of the lake and 10 feet from the side lot line. <br /> A recent follow-up on this permit found this dwelling is not located 76'-82' from <br /> the OHWM of the lake,per your plot plan drawing. Because this setback is not <br /> met, additions toward the lake cannot be permitted.
