The land use <br /> permit issued on 8/14/2009 shows a foundation of a home. The 2018 aerial photo shows a <br /> building partially framed. Land Use permits need to be obtained prior to construction. <br /> Since this was constructed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for <br /> after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by July 20th, 2019 we can reduce it to 1.5 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $300, and the rate for 1.5 <br /> times for after-the-fact permitting is $450. Enclosed is a land use permit application; please fill <br /> it out and return to our office along with sketch, building plans, and payment by July 20th, 2019. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
