We are not <br /> concerned with what the content of the sign is, but we cannot allow placement of signs within the <br /> road right-of-way, especially since you do not own the real estate where the right-of-way is <br /> located. <br /> As I said,the content of the sign is not the issue, but the placement is. If you wish to place the <br /> sign, please make sure that it is back off the road right-of-way,which would be 33 feet from the <br /> centerline. <br /> Failure to remove the sign from the road right-of-way by September 10, 2020,will result in <br /> citations being entered and us seeking a court order to remove the sign and charge the cost back <br /> to you, in addition to any forfeiture. <br /> I would hope that voluntary compliance can be completed and you will move the sign back off <br /> the road right-of-way. <br /> - truly yours, <br /> ili <br /> David L.
