A copy is also being <br /> emailed to counsel for the CUP applicant. <br /> I direct the County's and the Applicant's attention to Wis. Stat. § 59.694(5) and Rule <br /> 5.10 of the Board of Adjustment Rules &Bylaws,which provide that"an appeal shall stay <br /> all proceedings in furtherance of the action appealed from." This includes the issuance of <br /> any land use permits, subdivision approvals and construction of any improvements <br /> authorized by the CUP. <br /> Based on the timing of the County's receipt of this application, I understand that a <br /> public hearing will be held on Monday,August 3rd.
