It would appear that a storage structure has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property without a land use permit from the county zoning office, as <br /> required under section 30-658 of our ordinances. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by October 20, 2020 we can reduce it to <br /> 1.5 times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for <br /> 1.5 times for after-the-fact permitting is $225.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application. <br /> Please fill it out and return to our office along with sketch and payment. <br /> If you have questions, please feel free to contact our department at any time.
