ORDER AND DETERMINATION <br /> THE REQUESTED VARIANCE IS GRANTED , HOWEVER, THE APPROVAL IS <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS/EXCEPTIONS: <br /> With the following condition(s): <br /> 1- Maintain at least 3 feet of separation to the electric panel/meter. <br /> 2- Maintain 5 feet of setback to the septic tank. <br /> 3- Maintain 10 feet of setback to the side lot line. <br /> 4- Shoreline restoration to be done to today's standard. Can have 35 feet per 100 feet of shoreline open. <br /> THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR IS DIRECTED TO ISSUE A LAND USE PERMIT INCORPORATING THESE <br /> CONDITIONS. <br /> ANY PRIVILEGE GRANTED BY THIS DECISION MUST BE EXERCISED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE DATE OF <br /> THIS DECISION BY OBTAINING THE NECESSARY BUILDING, LAND USE AND OTHER PERMITS FOR THE <br /> PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION.
