Anticipated <br /> completion date is in eight and a half years. <br /> Phase 1 Spring 1999-Spring 2001 <br /> Add to current septic drainfield to accomodate additional buildings. <br /> Extend sewer line to new retreat center location. <br /> Build new retreat center to accomodate 60. <br /> Relocate 3 family cabins beyond 1000' lake front setback. <br /> Dig new well(s) and extend water lines to include Luther Lodge and Trinity Cabin. <br /> Phase 2 Fall 2000-Spring 2007 <br /> Renovate Gary Loktu Center, winter accomodations to remain the same (after completion <br /> of new youth facility all accomodations in Gary Loktu Center will be abandoned). <br /> Renovate Trinity Cabin, accomodations to remain the same.
