Allows for outdoor storage, which was prohibited in CUP-19-25. <br /> 2. Allows for revised building layouts as shown in this application CUP-20-46. <br /> 3. Lighting to be downward reflecting. <br /> 4. Eight foot tall fence required on the North and East sides of the parcel, same as <br /> CUP-19-25. <br /> 5. Camera monitoring still required, same as CUP-19-25. <br /> 6. Trees to be planted along the North and East sides of the parcel. White pine trees, <br /> double row, 10 feet apart and staggered. <br /> 7. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of <br /> the Land Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your <br /> inspection at the Land Services Department.
