Resolve any issues with state, federal agencies by 8/1/2021. Ce- <br /> 2. Land Use permits to be obtained for all violations listed in the staff report by 8/1/2021. <br /> 3. Conditional Use permits to be obtained for all violations listed in the staff report by <br /> 8/1/2021. <br /> 4. If variances are required to resolve any of these issues, variances to be obtained by <br /> 8/1/2021 or the items removed/resolved/corrected by 8/1/2021. <br /> 5. Certified Survey Map to be completed by 8/1/2021 to combine parcels with Tax IDs <br /> 32968, 32969, 32971, 32972 and 12112 as these parcels are essentially functioning as one <br /> business site. <br /> 6. Follow all sign regulations. <br /> 7. Keep all items out of the road right-of-way. <br /> 8. Follow all local,county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> 9. Salvage vehicles to be removed by March 2021. <br /> This approval expires on August 1, 2021, so a new Conditional Use Permit will need to be cn <br /> obtained prior to August 1,2021. <br /> A record of the minutes (after they are approved by the committee) and the decision of the Land <br /> Use and Information Committee will be or are currently available for your inspection at the Land <br /> Services Department.
