Buggert , dated December 20 , 1967 , and filed as D301 in <br /> the Land Records Office for Burnett County, Wisconsin. This line <br /> is recorded as S52' 36'E 61 . 90 feet . The position was re- <br /> established using two found iron pipe to the south and map data. <br /> 2) The iron shown as Point #1 is not in its original position <br /> and was not used to control any part of this survey. <br /> 3) Line 'B' was made parallel to Line 'A' which is the intent of <br /> that description in Volume 527 of Deeds , Page 562 .
