Swenson, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that pursuant to a request from Charles R. Johnson, I have caused the hereinafter described land to be surveyed, divided and mapped under my direction and supervision; and to the best of my knowledge and belief this Certified Survey Map is a correct representation of all of the exterior boundaries of the land surveyed and the division of that land. A parcel of land situated in the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter, Section 5, Township 37 North, Range 18 West, Burnett County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the east quarter corner of Section 5 which is also the Point of Beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence S00°24'14"W 662.00 feet along the east line of Section 5; Thence N89°45'11"W 1320.70 feet; Thence N00°16'02"E 662.00 feet; Thence S89°45'11"E 1322.28 feet along the north line of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter, Section 5 to the Point of Beginning. This parcel contains 874,828 square feet (20.08 acres). It is subject to restrictions and may be subject to easements of record, particularly the rights of the public in County Trunk Highway `Y' which crosses the east 33 feet of this parcel.
