Conditions of Permit: <br /> 1. No grading, filling or excavating within 50 feet of ordinary high water <br /> mark of McKenzie Lake. <br /> 2. All portions of building including retaining walls etc. to be at least 75 <br /> feet from ordinary high water mark of McKenzie Lake. <br /> 3. No walkout basement excavation on slope greater than 20%. <br /> 4. Silt fence to be placed a minimum of 60 feet from ordinary high water <br /> mark before excavation and installed as per recommendations. <br /> 5. All area of exposed soil to be seeded and mulched immediately after <br /> excavation. <br /> 6.
