CONDITIONA]L PERMIT #1138 -- BOB MACEY <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Before construction begins, the present septic system must be brought up to current <br /> code requirements with proof of said compliance provided to the County. Mr. Macey <br /> will have a sewer system evaluation done to determine where the system is, what the <br /> system is, and whether or not he will need to install a new one. <br /> 2. The run down privy must be removed from the site and filled in according to <br /> recommendation from the Burnett County Land and Water Conservation Department <br /> or other appropriate agency. <br /> 3. The bunkhouse shall not have plumbing or be used as a rental property or second <br /> residence. In addition, a deed restriction must be placed on the property to prohibit <br /> the same from happening in the future. Proof of said deed restriction shall be <br /> provided to the County and.Town in a timely manner. <br /> 4. The owner implements a buffer restoration plan with the Land Conservation <br /> Department. <br />
