Present cabin on property is two rooms and is the only building on <br /> the property (except for a rundown privy). Thus, there is no <br /> facilities for storage of canoes, kayaks, and bikes on property. <br /> Proposed bunkhouse/storage building would be 12x20 feet which <br /> is long enough to store 17.5 foot canoe along with kayaks and bikes <br /> during winter. During summer months building would provide our <br /> two children and their friends a place to sleep out of the way of the <br /> 4 adult family members (parents and grandparents). <br /> We do NOT want, nor do we need plumbing in the building. We <br /> do plan on providing electricity. <br /> The location of the building is on the west side of our lot, in the <br /> woods, out of view, and over 100 feet from the lakeshore. It is not <br /> visible from the lake (our property is about 15 feet above the lake.) <br /> It will not be visible from the neighbors on the west as it is behind <br /> their buildings (home and garage). It will not be visible from our <br /> neighbors on the east as there over 150 feet of thick piney woods <br /> between their cabin and this building. <br /> Thank you for this consideration. <br /> Bob Macey <br />
