Use this form when replacing an existing seawall with riprap on the bank of a public(navigable)inland <br /> lake or flowage. Be advised the QMtruction Erosion and todi,n nt Contro"attachment is needed in addition to this <br /> General Permit Attachment if the land disturbing activity is one acre or more and the project is required to have an <br /> erosion and sediment control plan. <br /> Please fill out the form below.
