This individual is <br /> proposing an addition which would require a buffer restoration. <br /> To meet the minimum 40-foot setback requirement the decks and slab will have to be <br /> removed. We believe we could allow a 4-foot deck/walkway and 4-foot slab at <br /> basement,but the rest would have to be removed. <br /> In reviewing the buffer please indicate if the retaining walls are necessary or not.
