We appreciate the information you shared <br /> regarding the concerns for the properties located at 6846,6987 and 7325 Hayden Lake Road. <br /> Human Health Hazards are defined by statute and must be able to be proven in court. What may be <br /> of concern to a caller or community member may not always rise to the level of human health <br /> hazard as defined by statute. We would encourage anyone with concerns to report to our agency, <br /> Monday-Friday,8:30am-4:30pm,by calling(715)349-7600 and asking to speak with Public Health <br /> Intake. Public Health reviews and screen the information received. <br /> If the information received does not rise to the level of human health hazard,letters are sent to the <br /> identified property owners providing information that a complaint was received and request they <br /> remedy the concerns reported.
