This will be beneficial in <br /> determining current camper numbers and sanitary system demand and requirements. <br /> In reviewing the sanitary records we have documentation of a 1971 sewer with capabilities for <br /> 21 campers and a total of 9 bedrooms. These bedrooms would include a 4-bedroom home; 2 <br /> cabins with 2 bedrooms; 1 cabin with 1 bedroom; and a fourth cabin with its own sanitary <br /> system. <br /> In 1981 a shower house for 15 unsewered campsites was established. <br /> Since that time, additional campsites have been added to the campground without sanitary <br /> hookups. <br /> In discussing your situation with Jim Flanigan, the Zoning Administrator, it has been determined <br /> that to secure a building permit for a new home it would be best to install a separate sewer for <br /> this structure as the current system is already undersized.
