BURNM COUNTY <br /> ZONING <br /> Dear Harold and Dianne, <br /> The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has received and reviewed the <br /> documentation you have provided regarding your request for a campground expansion plan review, West <br /> Point Lodge Campground, 1150 West Point Road -Spooner-Burnett County. After a careful review of your <br /> documentation and plans it has been determined that they satisfy the requirements of Wisconsin <br /> Administrative Code ATCP 79. <br /> Your plans are approved for the addition of 15 sites (sites 21-35) to the existing campground based on a plan <br /> review application received April 5, 2017. The 15 new sites are to have water and sewer at the sites; existing <br /> toilets are sufficient to accommodate the additional sites. A new well has been added and negative/safe <br /> water sample is in the plan review packet. <br /> While obtaining this plan review is the first step in the process, it is not the only requirement you must meet. <br /> When you inspector is onsite to review the additional camping sites if you have moved into a higher billing <br /> category you will need to pay for the license upgrade. <br /> A copy of the approved plans shall be on-site during construction and open to inspection by authorized <br /> representatives of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. <br /> In granting this approval the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, reserves <br /> the right to require changes or additions should conditions arise making them necessary for compliance to the <br /> ATCP 79 Campgrounds. <br /> Agriculture generates$88 billion for Wisconsin <br /> 2811 Agriculture Drive • PO Box 8911 • Madison,Wl 53708-8911 • Wisconsin.gov <br /> An equal opportunity employer <br />
