Zoning <br /> change requested by Robert J. and Lynn T. Smith. <br /> To rezone a parcel in Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 6, T38N R14W, Town of Dewey, <br /> from RR-2, Residential-Recreation District, to C-1, Commercial District. Zoning <br /> change requested by Eugene S. Boyd. <br /> To rezone a parcel in Government Lot 4, Section 27, T39N R15W, Town of Sand Lake, <br /> from F-1, Forestry District, to R-2, Residential District. Zoning change <br /> requested by James Taylor. <br /> To rezone a parcel in Government Lot 3, in the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, and in the <br /> S 1/2 of the NE 1/4, Section 21, T4ON R16W, Town of Oakland, from A-2, Agricultural- <br /> Residential District, to RR-2, Residential-Recreation District. Zoning change <br /> requested by James L. Dahlberg and Lily M. Gleason. <br /> A proposed amendment to the Burnett County Land Use/Zoning Ordinance Section 4.3 <br /> Supplementary Regulations: A new paragraph to be added as 4.3(3) : <br /> (3) All driveways which serve new principal buildings or mobile homes <br /> that are greater than 75 feet from the centerline of public or <br /> private roads shall meet the following within 60 days of building <br /> permit issuance: <br /> (a) Driveways shall have a minimum clearance width of 20 feet. <br /> Any curves in driveways must not be less than 100 foot radius. <br /> (b) Overhead clearance shall be established at a minimum height <br /> of 13 feet. <br /> (c) Driveways exceeding 150 feet in length must provide an adequate <br /> turnaround area that will accomodate a 30 foot long fire truck. <br /> If a circle drive is constructed, it must have a radius of no <br /> less than 45 feet to the centerline. Otherwise, the turnaround <br /> area shall not be less than 60 feet by 60 feet, or a turnout <br /> area of 20 feet width by 30 feet length.
