BOARD OF ADJUSTDFNT MINUTES <br /> June 6, 1972 <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> y (1 James Gatten - New building permit requested. A variance for <br /> a visual triangle was involved. <br /> (2) Bruce Nelson - Setback for a lake cabin. Lot 1, darner Lake. <br /> 144'x58'. Property is 6' above water level and the building <br /> site is 58'x60'. The proposed building is 34x26. <br /> (3) Neil Lindberg - Setback from lakeshore. Improvements on <br /> property. Remove old structure and buildihew residence. <br /> The setback would be 35' from lakeshore. <br /> (4) Charles Hoover - Wishes to build addition of 12' which <br /> would leave only 6 ft. from lot line. <br /> (5) Neil Southard - dishes to enlarge cabin and needs a side <br /> setback of 5'. The lake setback is okay. <br /> BOARD MEETING <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Plesums at 9:25 P. U. <br /> All members were present. The minutes of the May meeting were read <br /> and approved. <br /> (1) James Gatten gasoline station. A motion was made the L . <br /> Gregory Johnson and seconded by McKinley to approve Gatten's <br /> request. The motion was carried. <br /> (2) Bruce Nelson. A motion was made by Hansen and seconded by <br /> McKinley to deny application for variance. The motion was carried.(5-0) <br /> (3) Neil Lindberg. A motion was made by Sauerbrey and seconded by <br /> L. Gregory Johnson to approve application provided a setback of <br /> 40' is obtained. The motion was carried. <br /> (4) Charles Hoover. A motion was made by L. Johnson and seconded <br /> by McKinley to deny the application. The mstion was carried, 5-0. <br /> (5) Neil Southard. A motion was made by L. Sauerbrey and seconded <br /> by L. JOhnson to approve the application for a variance. A <br /> minimum of 5' setback from the side lot line and no reduction in <br /> shoreline setback.
