IPBURNETT COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATIOOp
BURNETT COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER
7410 COUNTY ROAD K,#102 HONE(715)349-2138
SIREN,WISCONSIN 54872
/
Hz-Q 4
September 20, 2004 U /9
Pam Rion
282 Thrasher St.
Bloomingdale, IL 60108 0
Dear Mrs. Rion:
You have asked whether your properties located all or in parts of Lots 7,8,9,13,14,15,16
Oak Lake Addition No. 1, Outlot 2 CSM V.17 P.276 and portions of vacated Woodland
Parkway would be considered as two separate parcels.
Your property is shown as two separate parcels for tax listing purposes; one under parcel
#028-9200-02-300 and the other parcel #028-9200-01-900. Both of these parcels have
other 100 feet of frontage and lot width.
After reviewing your legal descriptions with our County Surveyor, it was determined that
each of the above parcels (#028-9200-02-300 and #028-9200-01-900) could be used as
separate dwelling lots. Our Ordinance under Section 4.2(4)(b) exempts lots from the
substandard status that have at least 100 feet of frontage.
Because these lots are somewhat smaller in total square footage, the size of structures
may be somewhat limited by setbacks but each lot could be built on.
Please contact me if you have any additional questions.
Sincerely,
Jim Flanigan
Zoning Administrator
JF:sm
