Hotel/apartment building septic system to be serviced and reported to the county <br /> by 6/1/2022. <br /> 2. Lock and chain to be installed on dwelling septic tank by 6/1/2022. <br /> 3. Septic tank for the hotel/apartment to be properly secured (locked)by 6/1/2022. d <br /> 4. Outside storage items to be removed from the site by 6/1/2022. <br /> 5. Certified Survey Map (CSM) to be completed by 10/1/2022 to divide the parcel. w <br /> 6. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. <br /> A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are <br /> also available for your inspection at the Land Services Department.
