At the April 19th, 2022 meeting of the County Board, your Rezone Request was approved. On the basis of the evidence presented at the hearing on this application, it was determined that a Rezone Request be GRANTED subject to the following condition: 1. Hotel/apartment building septic system to be serviced and reported to the county by 6/1/2022. 2. Lock and chain to be installed on dwelling septic tank by 6/1/2022. 3. Septic tank for the hotel/apartment to be properly secured (locked)by 6/1/2022. d 4. Outside storage items to be removed from the site by 6/1/2022. 5. Certified Survey Map (CSM) to be completed by 10/1/2022 to divide the parcel. w 6. Follow all local, county, state and federal requirements for this activity. A record of the minutes and the decision of the Land Use and Information Committee are also available for your inspection at the Land Services Department.
