This permit was for a new dwelling attached to an existing garage converted to a <br /> dwelling. <br /> On 7/8/08 your contractor, Heart of the North, contacted us and indicated the new <br /> dwelling is no longer proposed to be attached to the existing garage/dwelling. <br /> The land use permit has been modified for this request with the condition that the existing <br /> structure be altered to be an accessory building only.
