As you will see, our Association, which
represents a majority of Birch Island Lake owners, is in strong opposition to the expansion of Voyager
Village docking and marinas. We have enclosed several documents supporting our stance on this issue.
There has been a long history of conflict regarding Voyager Village's history of demands.
We,as an association and tax paying homeowners, are here with one simple ask.... Nothing. We are
asking for nothing to change. We are here to only ask that Voyager Village uphold their end of the most
recent Planned Use Development(PUD)Agreement. They have broken their agreement concerning the
number of docks allowed by the County twice now. We are merely asking that they hold up their end of
the agreement limiting the number of docks per the PUD last approved.
The following summary of documents and facts reinforce why the current agreement should be upheld.
There may be some repetition, but I did not want to break up the submitted documents.
Attachments:
A.
