It would appear that a garage has been <br /> constructed/placed on this property sometime between 2020 and 2022 without land use <br /> permits from the county zoning office. As required under section 30-658 of our ordinances, a <br /> land use permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without permits we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee <br /> for after-the-fact permitting. If permits are submitted by July 31, 2023 we can reduce it to 2 <br /> times the fee. <br /> This structure will need a land use permit, the regular rate would be $150.00, and the rate for 2 <br /> times for after-the-fact permitting is $300.00. Enclosed is a land use permit application.
