Under chapter 97.605 of DATCP (1)(a) "No person <br /> may conduct,maintain,manage or operate a hotel,tourist rooming house,vending machine commissary or <br /> vending machine if the person has not been issued an annual license by the department or by a local health <br /> department that is granted agent status under s. 9Z615(2)." <br /> DATCP can be contacted at 608-224-4923 or datcpdfslicensing@wisconsin.gov <br /> If you intend to continue renting the property on a short-term basis then a Short-Term Rental License <br /> Application must be submitted by 8/7/2023 or a citation will be issued. <br /> If you have questions, please contact our department.
