As required under Section 30-658 of our ordinances, a <br /> Land Use Permit is required for any structure over 100 square feet. <br /> Since this was constructed/placed without a permit we can charge up to 3 times the normal fee for after- <br /> the-fact permitting. If a permit is submitted by January 30, 2025 we can reduce it to 2 times the fee. <br /> The regular rate would be$150.00 and the rate for 2 times for after-the-fact permitting is$300.00. <br /> Enclosed is a Land Use Permit Application. Please fill it out and return it to our office along with a <br /> sketch and payment.
