These <br /> violations include constructing patio/retaining wall without a permit; grading without a <br /> permit; and cutting vegetation/land disturbing in the shoreland buffer. <br /> To correct violation and prevent additional fines, all non-permitted structures (patio and <br /> retaining walls) within the 100 foot setback area must be removed. An after-the-fact <br /> grading permit must be secured and all disturbed area must be restored. The Burnett <br /> County Land Conservation Department will provide a restoration plan for compliance. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower <br /> left of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
