The seller does not know and I have no <br /> clue either. <br /> I called the zoning office and they instructed me to write you to ask if there is any way <br /> someone could add on to this cabin. Per instructions from the zoning office I have <br /> enclosed a map of the property(Lot#3), a copy of the tax bill, and a copy of the listing I <br /> have with a photo of the subject property. <br /> My thoughts are since the cabin has to sit 75 ft. from the high water mark, maybe it <br /> would be a possibility that one could add on from the south side of the cabin a bit and <br /> build out towards the lake (west). <br /> I would appreciate it if you could get back to me on this as soon as possible.
