The banks are stable with good native <br /> vegetation. There is no erosion or any other geomorphic occurrence that would require <br /> grading as an improvement or repair. Grading this area would degrade the quality of the <br /> shoreline as well as potentially threaten the high water quality of Birch Island Lake. <br />
