We occasionally conduct spot checks of these properties. <br /> This letter is to report the results of the inspection of the parcel on June 26, 2015. <br /> Inspection results: <br /> Basic program requirements are to maintain no more than a 30 foot opening in the area from the <br /> ordinary high water mark back at least 35 feet inland on each parcel. The remaining buffer area <br /> must be allowed to grow in natural vegetation with no mowing or trimming. <br /> Your property is currently in compliance with program requirements. You also meet the <br /> requirements for a vegetation protection area required for land use conditions on all three <br /> properties.
