North Country urvei
7875 Big Doctor Lake Road D
Siren, Wisconsin 54872 I
Phone: (715) 349.5957 JUL 2 9 1993
Douglas R. These benchmarks
are on an assumed datum and are not related to Mean Sea Level . We
checked between the benchmarks and calibrated the elevation of Loon
Lake to be 92 . 73 . Based on this lake elevation , we measured the
elevation of the first floor to be 106 . 4 and the elevation of the
basement floor to be 98 . 3 . The Department of Natural Resources has
determined that the regional flood elevation is 9. 4 based on
hydrological analysis and the assumed datum. It is clear that the
FIRM (Flood Insurance Rate Map ) is in error by showing this home in
the flood plain.
Douglas . Crane
Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor 4«1511
