Range IS West, Burnett <br /> County, <br /> Dear Mr. Martcnson: <br /> This is a follow up letter to the site visit we had with Conservation Walden Spaight on site on June 23, <br /> 2014 to talk about shoreland regulations. <br /> As you recall, we agreed the sand placed below the Ordinary Iligh Water Mark (OII WM) of Spirit Lake <br /> needs to be removed and placed in a non-shoreland upland arca no later than September 1, 2014. 1 agreed <br /> that a small piece of equipment could be used 10 aid in the removal. I-lowever, at no time shall the <br /> equipment be operated below the OH W M. <br /> I also suggested instead of manually removing the cattails, a better alternative would be to construct a <br /> permanent elevated board walk to the open water.
