October 2, 2018
Jason Towne
Zoning Administration
7410 County Road K, #120
Siren, WI 54872
Mr. Towne,
This is in response to your letter and the attached photo. I have noted on the photo numbers 1
to 3. Your photo which I noted as 2018.
Item #1.
6'x 12' Plastic shed. This shed was placed, to my recollection in the summer of 1995 or 1996.
If a permit is required today, what is the cost of the permit? I will send Zoning Department a
check to cover the amount. The shed sits about 55 ft. plus from the high water mark of the lake.
Item #2.
Duffy mobile home (the original mobile travel home). This is a pulp cutter's home, on axle with
wheels and tires. This mobile home was moved in on the property in June 1972. We used this
Mobile home as our construction shack for storage and tools used in construction. It was
moved about the land though out the years and found its last location as shown in the photo,
as I recollect, in 1990. It would seem to me, if there is a "Grandfather clause", this mobile home
could rest where it is now. However, I will demolish and remove the pulp cutter home (Duffy's
Home) from the property.
Item #3.
Metal roof shed has been on the property 2000, 18 years. However I will remove the shed from
the property.
I will appreciate knowing what the next move is.
Thank You
Sincerely^
2
Dennis F. D'Jock
3031 Agnes St.
Eau Claire, WI 54701
