As it stands it is required to meet <br />Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code (UDC). That includes meeting footings and foundation per SPS <br />321.15, 321.16 & 321.18. Wind loads per SPS 321.02 & 321.25. Roof loads per SPS 321.27 & <br />321.28. Insulation and vapor barrier requirements per SPS 322.20, 322.30, Table 322.31-1 & 322.38. <br />Minimum ceiling heights per SPS 321.06, Heating requirements per SPS 323. Electrical required to <br />be installed by Wisconsin master electrician per NEC 2011 National Electrical code & SPS 324 and <br />Plumbing required to be installed by Wisconsin master plumber per SPS 325. These are the main <br />code requirements, but not all of the code requirements the building is required to meet. It is <br />considered a dwelling. Storage sheds typically do not meet these requirements. First a County land <br />use permit is required and then a Wisconsin UDC permit issued by my office is required.
