St. Paul, MN 55109 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kranz: <br />As required by the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance, you are hereby advised that you <br />may be in violation of Section 30-84 permitted uses in the Residential/Recreation zoning <br />district of the Land Use Code of Ordinances. The violation notice is for recreational <br />rental of private single family dwelling as defined by Wisconsin Administrative Code <br />HFS 195 located at 2631 Pine Knoll Road. <br />Recreational rental can only be allowed by a conditional land use permit after a public <br />hearing. Conditional land use permits may only be granted if all of the attached short <br />term rental guidelines can be met. <br />To correct the violation a conditional land use permit must be secured or the rental must <br />cease. Any rental or advertisement for short term recreational rental will be considered a <br />violation. <br />Section 30-659 of the Land Use Code of Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land <br />Use Ordinance violations. <br />To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Jim Flanigan <br />Zoning Administrator <br />JF:sm <br />Law change in 2018 no longer requires a CUP for this violation. 3/12/19 JT <br />
