Anderson citation <br /> I met with Mr. Anderson 9-10-08 regarding citation#1913 issued for construction of a <br /> dwelling without a permit. Mr. Anderson had previously indicated to me that he had <br /> living quarters in his garage and that he would secure a permit for a dwelling. <br /> Mr. Anderson has now informed me that his garage does not serve as living quarters, and <br /> that he does not have plumbing, a kitchen, etc. After discussion with Mr. Anderson and <br /> reviewing pictures of the inside of his structure, it appears this structure and/or use is not <br /> in violation. I am therefore asking that this citation be dismissed. <br />
