They are as follows: <br /> • Placement of a mobile home without land-use permit from our department. You must <br /> obtain a land-use permit for principle structure by no later than 1/31/2016. <br /> • Construction of a pit privy without sanitary permit from our department. This must also <br /> be obtained by 1/31/2016. <br /> • Discharge of greywater from the trailer without a legal sanitary system. You may not <br /> connect water to any fixtures that are not tied into a sewer system by a master <br /> plumber. You must not connect running water to this building until there is an adequate <br /> sanitary facility in place. <br /> Section 30-659 of the Land-Use Ordinances provides legal penalties for Land-Use Ordinance <br /> violations. To avoid further complications and/or legal prosecution, please contact this office <br /> immediately to discuss ways of correction. <br /> If you have questions feel free to contact our department at any time.
