The first issue we find is having multiple camping units on one <br /> property within the shoreland zone. You may only have one camper for up to 30 calendar <br /> days per year unless you seek a six month permit (requiring a sanitary system), or a <br /> multiple year conditional use permit (which also requires a sanitary permit). One camper <br /> needs to be removed by 8/31/15. <br /> We also noticed that you have a sewage discharge hose coming out of the lakeside <br /> camper. This is a highly illegal act and must be ceased immediately. Any further <br /> discharge of this manner will result in a citation. <br /> Lastly we noticed that you have began construction of a shed-type building with no land- <br /> use permit. This type of structure requires a land-use permit to stay on the property, <br /> however, one may not be obtained in its current position. The shed needs to be 40 feet <br /> from the centerline of the private road that passes it and it currently sits at about 26 feet. <br /> This structure must be moved and permitted by no later than 9/31/15. <br /> Sincerely <br /> Shane Buchholz <br /> Zoning and POWTS Specialist <br /> Permit obtained on 8/18/15 for shed#LUP-15-326 and homemade sewer has been removed.SB <br /> 11/24/15 <br />
