Parker 9&3- <br /> 217 Maverick Ave. �o <br /> Elko New Market, MN 55054 <br /> Dear Mr. Parker: <br /> Enclosed is a citation for constructing for an in-ground stairway without a land use permit <br /> or review/approval. Section 30-504 of the Burnett County Land Use Ordinance allows <br /> for stairways within the setback but only by review/approval. Stairway permits can only <br /> be permitted that minimize earth disturbing activities and slioreland vegetation removal <br /> (see attached Section 30-504(4)). <br /> In reviewing the plat approval for the Plat of Whispering Pines, Lot 7 had restrictions on <br /> use of the smaller cabin near the lake (see attached document#417273). This structure is <br /> to be used as storage shed only and can't be used for human habitation. <br /> To correct these violations the existing stairway excavation must be restored and a land <br /> use permit secured for above ground stairway, and the existing cabin altered for use for <br /> storage only. All the plumbing is to be removed from structure. <br /> This corrective action must be taken by October 20, 2013. <br /> You may appear at Burnett County Court at the date and time indicated on the front lower <br /> left of the citation to enter a plea, or you may pay the citation as indicated on the back.
