According to the county's land record this property is owned by you. <br /> According to the complaint record you're a general contractor from Minnesota who builds homes in the j <br /> Grantsburg area. It was reported you are allegedly purchasing properties in your name,then will either build a <br /> new home or remodel an existing home on the recently purchased property. Lastly,it was reported you're <br /> allegedly disposing of all the construction,demolition or renovation debris by burying it onsite before the j <br /> properties are sold. <br /> As you may know,there are various state laws that regulate solid waste materials. These protections were put in <br /> place by the legislature to assure that the environment and water resources of Wisconsin remain safe for all j <br /> citizens. <br /> Please be advised the disposal and burying of solid waste,specifically construction and demolition debris, is not <br /> in compliance with Wisconsin's solid waste statutes and rules. Identified below are two alleged areas of <br /> noncompliance with solid waste rules: <br /> Section 289.3 1,Wis.Stats.states: No person may operate a solid waste facility or hazardous waste <br /> facility unless the person obtains an operating license from the department. <br /> Section 289.45,Wis.Stats.states:No person may store or cause the storage of solid waste in a manner <br /> which causes environmental pollution. <br /> Neat step <br /> Based on the Department's findings and the complaint report these activities may have occurred at your property <br /> listed above and other properties you ownlowned.
