Motion (the 2/3rd majority to carry and consider was <br /> achieved/not achieved). <br /> RESOLUTION t.b.a. -03 <br /> RESOLUTION TO REQUEST AND ASSIST IN STATE AND FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS <br /> OF PROBABLE VIOLATIONS OF STATE AND FEDERAL CRIMINAL LAWS <br /> WHEREAS,Supervisors of the Burnett County Board have been informed and become <br /> knowledgeable of ads and continuations of acts constituting the basis and surrounding and <br /> emanating from the cavil action entitled CYCENAS v. STONER,et al.by employees and <br /> officials of BURNETT COUNTY that appear to violate certain state and federal laws meant for <br /> the just preservation of life,liberty and private property;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Burnett County Board of Supervisors and every member thereof has a <br /> moral,ethical and lawful duty to protect and assist in the due course of justice where employees <br /> and officials of BURNETT COUNTY appear to have initiated,participated and/or suborned the <br /> unlawful deprivation of secured private property land rights and appear to have committed acts <br /> and/or omitted duties constituting the furtherance thereof,and <br /> WHEREAS,said acts,omissionsand furtherances and the knowledge thereof imposes <br /> upon the Burnett County Board of Supervisors,and every member thereof,the duty to ad in <br /> honesty,forthrightness and good faith and request and assist in bringingto light of any possible <br /> conWfion and/or conspiracy so as to maintain the highest integrity and vigilance of Burnett <br /> County,its.board and members. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that Burnett County Board of Supervisors <br /> hereby and by these presents requests the Federal Bureau of Investigation,the State of Wisconsin <br /> Department of Justice,and the United States Attomeys Office,to assist and conduct a full <br /> investigation into the probable violation of state and federal criminal law by Burnett County <br /> Corporation Counsel, Burnett County Zoning Administrator,former Burnett County Zoning <br /> Officer,and others actively involved or knowingly suborning them; and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED,that Burnett County Board of Supervisors hereby <br /> authorizes and directs the Sheriff to forward this Request to the F.B.I., Wisconsin D.O.J., and <br /> U.S. Attorney's Office and further directs the Sheriff and all other employees and officers to fully <br /> assist investigators and provide for investigators the full disclosure of and access to all books, <br /> records,files,policies,procedures,personal knowledge and any other necessary or requested <br /> items in the possession and/or control of any office,facility,officer or employee of Burnett <br /> County. <br /> Approved as to form_ Counsel Pro Tempore <br /> Date Submitted to County Board: <br /> County Board action: <br /> Submitted By: <br /> Joined By <br /> (copy not edited,proofed,revised or finalized) <br />
