Motion <br /> (the 2/3rd majority to carry and consider was achieved/not achieved) <br /> RESOLUTION t.b.a. -03 <br /> RESOLUTION TO REQUEST RESIGNATIONS FROM AND/OR SUSPEND CERTAIN <br /> EMPLOYEES AND OFFICERS OF BURNETT COUNTY PENDING POSSIBLE FIItING OR <br /> IMPEACHMENT <br /> WHEREAS, Supervisors of the Burnett County Board have been informed and become <br /> knowledgeable of acts and continuations of acts constituting the basis and surrounding and <br /> emanating from the civil action entitled CYCENAS v. STONER,et al,by defendant employees <br /> and officials of BURNETT COUNTY that appear to constitute the disability of direct Conflict of <br /> Interest and appear to have incapacitated the Defendants from performance of their duties and <br /> enable the Defendants access to Burnett County assets,facilities and offices for support in <br /> continuation and/or conspiracy of probable unlawful activities;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Burnett County Board of Supervisors and every member thereof has a <br /> moral,ethical and lawful duty to protect and assist in the due course of justice where employees <br /> and officials of BURNETT COUNTY appear to have initiated,participated and/or suborned the <br /> unlawful deprivation of secured private property land rights and appear to have committed acts <br /> and/or omitted duties constituting the furtherance thereof;and <br /> WHEREAS, said ads,omissions and furtherances and the knowledge thereof imposes <br /> upon the Burnett County Board of Supervisors,and every member thereof,the duty to insure that <br /> no Employee or Officer of BURNETT COUNTY be allowed to maintain a position capable of <br /> cnntinnng suchactions so as to implicate Burnett County,it's board and/or members in <br /> corruption,conspiracy and/or dereliction of duty to protect. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that Burnett County Board of Supervisors, <br /> acting in good faith for the just preservation of the integrity and financial interests of Burnett <br /> County,it's Board and it's insurers,hereby and by these presents requests the immediate <br /> Resignations of Zoning Administrator James Flanigan, Corporation Counsel David L. Grindell, <br /> Clerk of Court Trudy Schmidt, County Clerk Helen Stephen, and County Administrator/Advisor <br /> Myron Schuster; and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED,that should immediate Resignations not be forth coming <br /> and received within fourteen(14)days Burnett County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes <br /> and directs the Suspension of Zoning Administrator James Flanigan, Corporation Counsel David <br /> L.
