Aye and Ney vote. <br /> yes no.Those voting were .Those voting No were .Motion <br /> (the 2/3 majority to carry and consider was achieved/not achieved) <br /> RESOLUTION t.b.a. -03 <br /> RESOLUTION TO SUSPEND AND DISCONTINUE ALL ZONING AND LAND USE <br /> ORDINANCES AND ALL ACTIVITIES OF BURNETT COUNTY ZONING <br /> ADMINISTRATION <br /> WHEREAS,the Supervisors of the Burnett County Board have been informed and <br /> become knowledgeable of the patent basis of true titles emanatingfrom the United States of <br /> America and the State of Wisconsin, and that said patent titles secure those true titles holders in <br /> the county of Burnett with unalienable private property rights;and <br /> WHEREAS,the aforementioned true titles holders are at high risk of en oneous <br /> deprivation.of rights by the existence and ongoing activities of Burnett County Zoning <br /> Administration and by the existence and enforcement of Zoning and Land Use Ordinances which <br /> seem to speak to those private property rights;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Burnett County Board of Supervisors, and every member thereof,has a <br /> moral, ethical and lawful duty to protect and act in just preservation of the life,liberty and private <br /> property of the private property owner Electors, Citizens,and Denizens in the county of Bumett; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,said Ordinances and the enforcement thereof now constitute ee knowing, <br /> willing and voluntary basis for the liability of Burnett County in any deprivation occasioned by <br /> their misapplication by officers and employees of Burnett County to property not directly owed <br /> by Burnett County. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that Burnett County Board of Supervisors, <br /> acting in good faith for the just preservation of the integrity and financial interests of Burnett <br /> County,it's Board and it's insurers,hereby and by these presents immediately suspends and <br /> discontinues all Zoning and Land Use Ordinances and all activities of the Bumett County Zoning <br /> Administration- and <br /> BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED,any employment opportunity elsewhere in the <br /> organization of Burnett County shall first be made available to the Burnett County Zoning <br /> Administration employees being disenfranchised but otherwise not disqualified. <br /> Approved as to form: Counsel Pro Tempore <br /> Date Submitted to County Board: <br /> County Board action: <br /> Submitted By: <br /> Joined By: <br /> (copy not edited,proofed,revised or finalized) (3) <br />
