Pursuant to outlet filter product approval stipulations,maintenance information must be given to the owner of the POWTS explaining that periodic cleaning of the effluent filter is required. The access opening used to service the filter shall terminate at or above finished grade with a watertight cover. Reminder • The orientation of the mound system must be such that the longest dimension is oriented along the surface contour per COMM 83.44(6)(a)2. • Limit activities in the area 15'beyond the down slope edge of the mound per Mound Component Manual. • Surface water drainage shall be diverted away from the system area per Mound Component Manual.
